Brewing Ritual - Infuse one or more teaspoons of herbs per cup in boiling water. Breathe deeply & repeat mantra for 2-5 minutes, then swirl. Longer infusion releases fuller flavour & herbal benefits. Strain and sweeten to your heart's content.
